for those who are seeking deeper meaning and a spiritual basis in their
lives. Founded on a rich tradition of the Church, this is
an opportunity to reflect on life with another person as soul friend or
spiritual guide. Time to chat, grow in
relationship with God, to discern God’s call in life and relationships, and
to deal with various influences – positive or negative – which affect one’s
ability to give or receive love. By appointment.

A
special time of prayer and reflection in this Lenten Season |
Yoga
means "union" and aims at the realization of the unity of our whole
being. Usually taught as a sequence of poses and breath
exercises. Yoga postures exercise the spine and stimulate the lymphatic
system, helping to remove toxins from the body, which, if allowed to
accumulate, may cause pain and stiffness in the muscles and joints. The physical
postures, breathing exercises and meditation practices of yoga have been
proven to reduce stress, lower blood pressure, regulate heart. Sessions include breathing, stretches,
postures, relaxation meditation.
Weekly Yoga Classes
Sessions involve breath
work and postures followed by relaxation Meditation.
We are body mind spirit
persons and a Yoga practice brings these levels into harmony.
Everyone
welcome!
